Arrive in Addis Ababa, perhaps from your pre-tour extension. On arrival our representative meets and transfers you to your iconic hotel.
Day 2: Addis-Markos
This morning after breakfast, drive to Markos with En route visit of Debre Libanos Monastery, Portuguese bridge and the Blue Nile gorges. Overnight stay in Debere Markos
Day 3: Markos-Bahirdar
After breakfast transfer to Bahirdar for after lunch boat trip on Lake Tana that will take you on a visit to ancient monasteries. Overnight stay at Tana Hotel
Day 4: Excursion in Bahir Dar
Visit the thundering Blue Nile Falls that offers unforgettable views and its surroundings. Overnight stay at Tana Hotel
Day 5: Bahir Dar-Gonder
This morning travel from Bahir Dar to historic city of Gondar (The Camelot of Africa) to enjoy a panoramic tour of Gonder. Visit the famous eleven palaces in one compound from 17 century. Lunch and the afternoon are at leisure to explore Berhaneselassie church where you admire the glittering collection of murals art. Overnight at a hotel
Day 6: Gonder-Axum
After breakfast drive to Axum enjoying the magnificent views over the Semein Mountains famed for its exclusive landscape and unique wildlife, and the Tekeze Valley. Overnight at your hotel
Day 7: Axum
Visit Axum to sight the Archeological museum, the church of Zion, and the obelisks. Overnight stay at your hotel
Day 8: Axum-Mekele
After morning breakfast, drive to Mekele via Adawa to have an opportunity to view the ruined moon temple of Yeha, Monastery of Debre Damo, rock churches of Wukro kiros and Abreha-Atsbeha. Overnight stay at Axum hotel in Mekele
Day 9: Mekele-Lalibela
Have a full day drive to Lalibela via Lake Ashenge to view some spectacular sights. Overnight stay at Roha hotel
Day 10: Lalibela
After Morning breakfast and then visit rock-hewn churches of Lalibela to spot some unique architecture of these ancient buildings. Overnight stay at Roha Hotel
Day 11: Lalibela-Komobolcha
Transfer to Komobolcha via Weldia to visit Haik Estefanos en route. Overnight stay at Tekile hotel in Kombolcha
Day 12: Komobolcha-Addis Ababa
Return to Addis Ababa then transfer to your hotel.
